For counsellors, coaches, energy healers and consultants who want to stay in front of the people who aren't quite ready to book yet.
What if they stayed in touch instead?
Introducing the Client Magnet Kit. It gives you a done-for-you short guide written for your people, a landing page and a thank-you page where they can find and receive it, and seven welcome emails that introduce you over the days that follow.
All written in your voice, built for your audience, and ready in five to ten business days.
Someone found you.
They read a little. Something felt right. They weren't quite ready to reach out, so they left.
That happens all the time, and it's not a failure on your part or theirs.
People rarely book with someone the first time they encounter them.
They need a little more time, a little more familiarity, a sense of who you are and how you work.
The question is this. When they left your website, was there any way for you to stay in touch?
For most counsellors, coaches, energy healers and consultants, the answer is no. There's no obvious next step for someone who isn't ready to book. No way to keep the connection alive. The person who was not quite ready simply disappears, and you never hear from them.
That's what the Client Magnet Kit is designed to change.
They weren't someone who decided you weren't for them. They were someone who wasn't ready yet. There's a real difference between those two things.
People who aren't ready aren't lost causes. Most of them are in the middle of making a decision, and those decisions take time. What they need, in that in-between period, is a reason to stay connected to you.
A lead gift gives them that reason.
Before I explain what a lead gift is, let me say one more thing about that half-finished document you might have in a folder somewhere.
Many of the people I work with have a half-finished document sitting in a folder. A guide they started writing, a resource they meant to put together, something they intended to offer on their website one day.
It never got finished. And the reason it stalled isn't that they ran out of ideas.
It's that finishing it is actually four separate jobs.
Understanding what your potential clients actually need, not just what you think they need.
Producing something that sounds like you, not like a generic document.
Building the pages on your website where people can find and receive it.
Knowing what to say to someone after they've received it, and saying it well.
That's a lot to carry on your own, on top of everything else you do.
Introducing the Client Magnet Kit
The Client Magnet Kit is a done-for-you service. I research your audience, identify the real problems lying beneath the surface, and decide what your lead gift should be about. Then my team and I write it, build the pages, and write the welcome emails that go out afterwards.
You remain in control. You read the drafts, tell me what sounds like you and what doesn't, and we work through up to three rounds of revisions, which gives you plenty of room to get it exactly right. Within five to ten business days of receiving your details, everything is finished and live.
You don't need to guess what your audience needs. You don't need to write a word if you don't want to. You don't need to know anything about building web pages.
You just need to answer a few questions giving me basic details about your business and your ideal clients, and be willing to read drafts.
You may not have come across this phrase before, and that's fine.
A lead gift is something genuinely useful that you offer to people who visit your website. They give you their name and email address to receive it, and in return you give them something of real value. A short guide. A resource. Something that helps them with a problem they're already thinking about.
I use the word "gift" deliberately. The energy around giving someone something useful is very different from the energy of pulling them into a system. You're not trapping anyone. You're offering something, and they're choosing to take it.
Once they've received it, you have their email address and a way to stay in touch. And staying in touch, over time, is how potential clients become actual ones.
The Kit has four parts. Here's what each one is, and what it does for you.
A short, well-written PDF guide, created specifically for your audience and written in your voice.
It's written for the particular people you work with, on a topic that's genuinely relevant to where they are right now. It gives them something useful, and it gives them a real sense of who you are.
I decide the topic after researching your audience first. You receive the decision and the finished guide, not the research itself.
A landing page is a web page with one purpose: to present your lead gift and invite people to receive it. It says what the gift is, why it's worth having, and gives visitors a simple way to enter their name and email address.
This page is built and published for you, at a web address of your choosing. You don't build it yourself.
The moment someone enters their details and receives your gift, they're taken to a thank-you page. This page confirms that the gift is on its way, welcomes them warmly, and sets the tone for what comes next.
Like the landing page, it's built and published for you.
Over the days and weeks after someone receives your gift, seven emails go out from you to them.
They are a warm, personal introduction to who you are, how you think, and how you work. The written equivalent of a good first conversation.
By the time someone has read them, they know considerably more about you than they did when they first found your website. That familiarity is what turns a curious visitor into someone who's ready to reach out.
This is where most people expect me to hand them a long ideal-client profile to fill in, or ask them to guess what their audience is looking for.
I don't do that.
I'll ask you to fill in a starter form with a few details about your business and the people you work with: your name, what you do, who you tend to work with, and where you'd like the pages published. Most people get through it in about five minutes.
Then I do the research myself. I look at what your particular audience is actually searching for, asking about, and struggling with. When I have a clear picture, I come back to you with a decision: here's what your lead gift should be about, and here's why.
The thinking is mine. You don't have to do it.
Yes. That's the whole point, and I want to answer this directly because it's the right question to ask.
I'm creating something on your behalf, so it's completely reasonable to wonder whether it will feel like you or feel like someone else wearing your clothes.
Here's how I handle it. Every draft I send you, you read and tell me what rings true and what doesn't. If a sentence doesn't sound like something you'd say, we change it. If the tone is slightly off, we adjust it. You've got three rounds of revisions within the first month after your kit goes live, and in my experience, that's more than enough to get it sounding like you.
You approve everything before it goes anywhere. That's how the process works.
The Client Magnet Kit is for anyone whose work depends on trust and who wins clients through relationship rather than advertising: counsellors, coaches, energy healers and consultants.
It's not for you if you're not willing to read drafts and give feedback, or to answer the questions about your business and your clients.
I need those details because nothing here is generic. Every guide is built on research into your specific audience, their real problems, and what they actually need from you.
Introducing the first five places
The Client Magnet Kit is $397 AUD for the first five places.
After those five places are filled, the price moves to $697 AUD.
One payment. No subscription. No ongoing fees.
Every kit begins with me researching your audience before a word is written. I give your audience, and your business, the proper attention they deserve, and that's why there's a limit of five at any one time. That's also why the first five places are priced at $397.
You'll receive a short welcome email straight away, with the link to your starter form.
The Client Magnet Kit is a new service. I want to be straightforward about that.
I don't have case studies to show you. I don't have client results to quote. I'm not going to invent any.
I'm a certified copywriter and a professional life coach and counsellor, so I know from the inside what it takes to attract clients to the helping professions. I'm also a bestselling author. I understand your needs, and I understand what you need from your written materials.
The first five places are offered at the reduced rate of $397 because I'd genuinely welcome your feedback and a testimonial once your kit is live. You get a lower price, and I get to hear how it worked for you.
If you'd like to be one of those people, I'd be glad to have you.
Very little. A few minutes to give me the basics at the start, and then time to read drafts and tell me what sounds right. The research, the writing, the building: that's my work, not yours.
You're not held up. Both pages are built and published at a web address of your choosing. If you already have a website, we sort out how they sit alongside it once you're on board. If you haven't built one yet, a web address costs very little and your pages can live on their own. It's a sensible place to start.
The Kit is complete in itself. When everything is live, you have a lead gift, two published pages, and seven welcome emails working for you.
If you'd like to go further, the next step in my suite is the Get Found and Get Chosen Review, which looks at how your website is presenting you overall. And after that, there's the Get-Found Website. Those are separate conversations, for later.
They introduce you. They let the person who received your gift get to know you a little: how you think, what you care about, how you approach your work. They're warm and personal, not promotional. By the end of them, someone who was a stranger has a real sense of who you are.
You have three rounds of revisions included, and they're available to you within the first month after your kit goes live. In my experience, that's plenty of time to identify anything you'd like to change and get it sorted.
I've spent years working with people in the helping professions, and one thing I hear again and again is this: "I know I should have something on my website, but I just haven't been able to make it happen."
There are good reasons for that. The work of writing, building and following up is genuinely a lot to manage alongside a full practice. And most of the tools and advice out there are designed for marketers, not for people whose work is built on trust and relationship.
The Client Magnet Kit is designed for you. For the counsellor, the coach, the energy healer, the consultant who is excellent at what they do and wants their online presence to reflect that, without having to become a marketer to make it happen.
If it sounds like the right fit, I'd love to hear from you.

$397 for the first five, then $697. One payment, no subscription.
