Group programmes help, and so do courses. They can't answer your question, about your business, on the day you need the answer. And even a great weekly session leaves a lot of days in between.

Twelve months of one-to-one laser coaching with me, on Zoom, any day of the year.
We start with a 30-minute kick-off call: where you are, what you're working towards, and how you like to work. After that you book a 15-minute call with me as often as you need one, in the hours I keep open for Momentum.
One question per call, and one booking at a time.

What laser coaching is
Laser coaching is where we get together, take out the fluff and the frills, and get straight to business. It's a very focused call. The result is that you get answers you can action immediately, which means you make significant progress.
We begin with a 30-minute call so I understand exactly where you are and what you're working towards. After that, you book 15-minute calls as often as you need them across the year.
At the end of each call, we agree a step for you to take. Once you've done it, you book your next call and bring whatever comes up next. Every call moves you forward because nothing sits waiting for the next scheduled session.
It's one of the most practical ways to be coached. The support is there when the question is there, not a week later.
How it keeps you moving
Here's how it works in practice. We agree a step at the end of each call. Once you've done it, you book your next call and bring whatever comes up next. If you genuinely get stuck before you can finish the step, you book a call for that too.
That's how people make real progress: a small agreed step, done, then the next one. I call it get it done coaching, because that's what it is. You move, you book, you move again.
Holding one booking at a time means the diary never fills up ahead of the work. The next call opens up the moment you've done what you said you'd do.
What changes for you

In a Momentum call I won't lecture you or send you off to a module. I'll answer your question, tell you what I'd do, and help you work out your next step. Then you go and do it.

Questions people ask before joining
Is 15 minutes enough?
For one clear question, yes. You come in knowing what you want to settle, we settle it, and you leave with a direction. Momentum calls are decision calls, built for speed. If a question needs more room, we'll agree the right next step together.
What if I don't know what to ask?
Bring the thing that's bothering you, even if you can't name it yet, and we'll find the real question together. "I'm not sure what the right question is" is a perfectly good place to start. The kick-off call also helps, because we map where you are and where you're heading, which gives every call after it a frame.
What if I get stuck between calls and haven't done the step we agreed?
Then book a call for exactly that. "I don't know how to begin this" is a real question, and you don't have to work it out alone. Progress comes from the doing, and the calls are there to keep it moving.
Why a twelve-month commitment?
Because one month of small moves won't change a business, and twelve months will. The value is in having someone to ask all year. Dipping in and out works against the very thing Momentum is for, so I want you in it long enough for it to matter.
I'm in Confident Prosperity. How is this different from Marketing Labs?
Labs is individual laser coaching with me on Wednesdays, so you already know how much a focused 15-minute call can achieve. Momentum gives you that same attention on any day of the week that you choose, on the day the question comes up. You can use both: Labs on Wednesdays as part of your membership, and Momentum for the questions that can't wait.
I'm not in Australia. Will the times work for me?
I have clients across the USA and Canada, and we find times that suit. I hold my Momentum calendar open at hours that work across time zones, not just for Australian Eastern time. Have a look at what's available when you book, and if you're not sure before you join, feel free to get in touch.
