The beliefs that are keeping you small were formed long before you chose this work, and most of them were never truly yours to carry.
This is for you if
You recognise yourself in any of these.
- You set your fees based on what you think people will accept, not on what your work is genuinely worth.
- You have held back from putting yourself forward for something because you weren't sure you were "ready enough".
- You receive a glowing testimonial and your first instinct is to wonder whether they really meant it.
- Someone criticises your work and it stays with you for days, louder than all the praise.
- You find it easier to champion other people's value than to speak clearly about your own.
- You have built the business and earned the qualifications, and still feel like you are performing a version of yourself rather than being her.
The three movements of the work
Reclaim Your Worth runs over 13 weeks, and it moves in three stages.
Realise
Before anything can shift, you need to see what is actually running the show. Most of the beliefs that drive our behaviour were formed early, from decisions we made about ourselves when we had very little information to work with. In this first stage we bring those beliefs into the light. Not to judge them, but to finally see them clearly. That alone changes something.
Release
Insight is valuable. It is not enough. You can understand exactly why you shrink and still shrink. This stage works with the patterns at a level deeper than the intellect, so that what you know in your mind begins to move into your body, your voice, and the way you carry yourself in a room. This is where the real shift happens.
Reclaim
This is where you step back into yourself. Not a new version of you, but the version that was always there before the doubt layered over it. When you reclaim your worth from the inside, it changes how you show up, what you charge, and how you relate to the opinions of others. One of the most freeing things you will learn is that what we see in a situation says more about us than about the situation. When you truly understand that, other people's judgements lose their grip.
Why join the waitlist
Three honest reasons to add your name.
You will hear first
When enrolment opens, waitlist members hear before anyone else. There are no guarantees on timing, but you will not find out after the fact.
You can help shape it
I am building this programme with real people in mind, and I would rather hear from you directly than assume I know what you need.
There is no obligation
Joining the waitlist is not a commitment to enrol. It means that when the time comes, you will have what you need to decide for yourself.
No spam, no pressure, no commitment.
If any part of this page made you pause and think "that's me", trust that. Your instincts about what you need are more reliable than you give them credit for.
