Carrie's style is very supportive yet challenging...

"I started working with Carrie when I began the New Insights Coach training program. I already felt that I had what it takes to be a good coach but I knew that there was more to it than just the coaching skills.

I realized that I needed to learn how to run a business and to understand how to market and sell myself if I was to achieve my dream. Working with Carrie has not only allowed me to develop the skills that I needed in marketing and sales, along with the confidence to use them but has also shown me that I can do better than being a good coach, that I can be (and already am) a great one.

As a result, I now have a clearer and brighter picture of my future. Carries style is very supportive, giving plenty of praise for my achievements and at the same time always challenging me to do that bit more, to achieve more, and to overcome the next obstacle. This has enabled me to grow and develop in ways that I frankly could not have imagined when I started this program.  

On top of all that, the sessions are fun! Some of the time the exercises are challenging and tiring but Carrie has a sense of humour and uses it to make some of the harder bits easier to deal with.

I now have a thriving coaching practice as a result of the marketing guidance and system Carrie taught me.
